TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand while riding on Bussing Loose LLC it could be potential dangerous activity. I understand that the vehicle may need to stop abruptly without warning. Riding without a seat belt, standing, and walking in a moving vehicle can be dangerous. I understand that the floor and steps in the vehicle may be slippery, particularly if it is raining, or there are wasted beverages. I understand that alcohol consumption makes such inherently dangerous conditions more dangerous for me. I assume the risk that I may be injured while using the Bussing Loose LLC services. I assume all risks associated with my use of the Bussing Loose LLC services, as well as all risk of loss, theft or damage of personal property while using or present on the Bussing Loose LLC vehicle or at the establishments/locations where the vehicle may visit. I will not bring any action against Bussing Loose LLC, its employees, agents, successors and/or assigns, for personal injury, property loss, or property damage, including any action for negligence, breach of warranty, products liability or strict liability, and hereby forever waive, on my own behalf and on behalf of my successors and/or assigns, the right to bring such action. This release does not apply to injuries caused by intentional or reckless misconduct of Bussing Loose LLC personnel.

I affirm that I am at least twenty-one years of age and of sound and sober mind and capable of consent to this release. Further, I agree that I understand all the language in this document and what I am doing and agree to the terms by acknowledging it during my purchase. If I did not fully understand what this document means, I would not agree to this document or use a Bussing Loose LLC vehicle. I agree that I am responsible for my party and all expenditures for damages if any will be deducted from my deposit. 

BUSSING RULES

1. All riders must be 21 years of age unless given permission by their parents or guardians for special events. Children must be at least 13 years old. If a rider is under the age of 21 no alcohol is permitted. ID’s will be checked and scanned.
2. Riders must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
3. All alcoholic beverages and people holding them must remain on the Bussing Loose LLC vehicle at all times.
4. Riders may bring on board alcoholic beverages such as liquor, beer, wine or other fermented beverages as allowed by law as long as rider is 21 years of age or older. Rider takes full responsibility of all alcoholic beverages and will NOT allow anyone under age to consume them.

5. Any person arriving in an intoxicated condition shall not be allowed to board Bussing Loose LLC party bus.

6. NO FOOD is allowed on the bus. All food must be consumed or thrown away before entering the bus.

7. Firearms/Smoking is NOT permitted on Bussing Loose LLC party bus.

8. WE are not responsible for articles left on the bus.
9. The Bussing Loose LLC driver is responsible for the Bussing Loose LLC vehicle and his/her decisions are final.
10. All laws and rules regarding alcohol and behavior apply to all passengers before, during and after Bussing Loose LLC services. Inappropriate behavior will result in the offending passenger(s) being asked to disembark immediately. The offending passenger(s) will be disembarked in a safe location. No refund will be issued to passengers(s) asked to disembark. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation from point of disembarking. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: Extreme intoxication, giving alcohol to non-passengers, inappropriate language or gestures, public urination /vomiting, loitering littering, excessive screaming , violence or threats of violence, or any other behavior deemed to be inappropriate.

11. DAMAGE TO PARTY BUS: The client that booked the party is responsible for their party! The client will assume financial liability for any damage occurring while in the vehicle. All damages must be paid immediately before ending the ride. Damages include but not limited to: 

• A cleaning fee of $100 will be imposed if the bus is not cleaned (left items, cups, napkins, cans, spills that have not been picked up)
• Smoking - Hookah Only anything else is $100 fine
• Burn Seat Cushion - $300
• Broken Couch/Bar - $175.00 fine
• Broken Stereo/ Flat Screen TV/Window - $500 fine
• Vomiting - $700 fine

12. There is zero tolerance for any physical, verbal or mental abuse to the driver.

13. If ANY illegal activity is suspected or occurs during service, Bussing Loose LLC will terminate service immediately.

14. No person shall stand/hang out the doors, windows and bus railings. A 100 fee plus any damages will be charged for tampering with the emergency exit or hanging out the windows (or throwing things out the window).
15. Any transgressions of the above restrictions may result in the driver ending the tour immediately. No refund will be issued for tours ended early due to passenger behavior.

We reserve the right to take photos/videos that will be placed on our social media sites for promotional purposes only.

16. If you are an aggressive rider, you will be added to the DO NOT RIDE LIST!

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS

1. Once you pay your deposit your ride is booked! Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! Your deposit goes toward the full balance. THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RIDE! IF YOUR BALANCE IS NOT PAID AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOUR RIDE WILL NOT BE FULFILLED! The remaining balance should be sent via Zelle at 4047407999. We do not accept CANCELLATIONS however, if you need to reschedule, you must reschedule 5 days prior to your ride date. *You will be allowed 1 reschedule per booking!*
